 Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and Coordination: The Site Civil Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil works on-site, ensuring that activities are completed on time and to the highest standards. This involves coordinating with various teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all tasks align with the project plan. The supervisor ensures that resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, are available and efficiently utilized.
  2. Quality Control: Maintaining quality standards is a key responsibility. The supervisor must ensure that construction activities meet the design and engineering specifications. Regular inspections are conducted to verify that work is carried out according to the project’s quality plan and that any deviations are promptly addressed. The supervisor also ensures that all relevant testing and documentation are completed.
  3. Health and Safety Compliance: The Site Civil Supervisor is responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations on the job site. This includes conducting daily safety briefings, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, and ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn by all personnel. The supervisor must also be prepared to respond quickly to any accidents or hazards that arise during the construction process.
