Responsibilities

1. Staff Supervision and Training

The Pool & Beach Supervisor is responsible for supervising lifeguards, attendants, and other staff working in the pool and beach areas. 2. Safety and Risk Management

Safety is a top priority in the role of the Pool & Beach Supervisor. They ensure that lifeguards are always alert and properly trained in first aid and emergency procedures. The supervisor regularly inspects the pool and beach areas for any safety hazards, ensuring that all equipment, such as life buoys and rescue kits, are in proper working order. They also ensure that rules and regulations regarding pool and beach use are communicated clearly to guests and enforced to prevent accidents or injuries.

3. Guest Experience and Service

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at the pool and beach areas. The supervisor is responsible for addressing any guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
