Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to boost visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and traditional media.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
Content Creation and Branding
- Design compelling content, including promotional materials, press releases, and digital media, to enhance the brand image.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Public Relations Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the public.
- Manage press coverage by organizing press releases, conferences, and interviews to highlight organizational achievements.
- Address public or media inquiries professionally, safeguarding the company’s image.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to engage potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events and campaigns.
Crisis Management and Communication
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to mitigate negative publicity.
- Act swiftly to address and resolve public concerns or misinformation.
Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing and PR initiatives to measure effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, showcasing campaign outcomes and areas for improvement.
