Key Responsibilities

1. System Maintenance and Support

• Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to computers, networks, and applications.

2. Network and Security Management

• Design, configure, and maintain secure and reliable networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems from breaches and attacks.
• Regularly conduct security audits and enforce best practices in data security.

3. Software Development and Deployment

• Develop and customize software applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Test and deploy new software solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and bugs.

4. Data Management and Analysis

• Manage and organize databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
• Perform data backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align IT strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT systems management, support, or development.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and cloud computing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft (MCSA) are a plus.
