Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Management and Supervision

- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and adherence to recipes.
Quality Control and Hygiene
- Ensure all food products meet quality and safety standards, following best practices in handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
Inventory and Cost Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of ingredients while minimizing waste.
- Work with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Control food costs by efficiently utilizing ingredients and managing portion sizes.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback
