Key Responsibilities

Client Requirement Analysis

Technical and Sales Team Collaboration

  • Provide technical expertise and input during sales meetings and discussions.
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

Product Knowledge and Market Insights

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide relevant insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Post-Sales Handover

  • Ensure a smooth transition of projects from the pre-sales stage to the implementation team.
  • Provide detailed documentation and insights gathered during the pre-sales phase to support successful project execution.

Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Offer ongoing support and advice to clients during the decision-making process to build trust and credibility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
