As a Marketing Intern – Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while developing the skills needed to advance into a management role. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Marketing Campaigns:
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing efforts.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive strategies.
    • Compile data and present findings to assist in decision-making processes.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
    • Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing collateral.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.
    • Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer data and segmentation.

    • Help plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
    • Assist in event logistics and follow-up activities.
