- Engineering Expertise: A relevant degree in Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.

- NHRA RAO Certification (Preferred): Having this certification from the National Health Regulatory Authority of Bahrain is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with healthcare professionals and explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- Sales Drive: A strong desire to succeed in sales and a passion for improving healthcare through innovative medical devices.
