Be the Boss of the Big Kitchen (Responsibilities):
- Plan and organize how much food needs to be made to meet customer demand, keeping things efficient.
- Lead and train your kitchen crew, making sure everyone’s on top of their game.
- Set schedules for your kitchen staff.
- Help develop new menu items and ensure you have everything you need to make them.
- Oversee food production to guarantee it’s consistent, tasty, and up to quality standards.
- Make sure food is handled safely and hygienically according to regulations.
- Manage the stock of ingredients and order new supplies when needed.
- Keep track of deliveries coming in and out of the central kitchen.
- Coordinate food deliveries to all their stores.
- Regularly check the quality of the food you’re making.
- Work with suppliers to find the best ingredients and equipment.
- Recommend changes to recipes, menus, and how food is produced to keep things running smoothly.
- Solve any problems that pop up during production.
- Analyze how much food is being produced and wasted, looking for ways to improve.
- Minimize food waste and prepare reports on food costs each week.
- Work with the operations manager to handle requests, deliveries, complaints, and anything else that comes up.

We’re Looking For Culinary Rockstars (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Central Kitchen Manager or similar role is a must.
- Strong leadership and training skills to guide your kitchen crew.
- Excellent organizational skills to plan production schedules and keep things running smoothly.
- A passion for food quality and safety standards.
- The ability to manage inventory and ordering effectively.
- Great communication and collaboration skills to work with both staff and suppliers.
