• Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance (MBA preferred), or a professional qualification like ACCA, CMA, or CA.
• Experience Matters: At least 2 years of experience working in the trading or distribution industry.
• Software Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or similar programs.
• Accounting Ace: A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
