What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

As the Production Supervisor, you’ll be the mastermind behind making sure ad campaigns run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

• Campaign Control Center: Manage every step of the ad production process, from the initial idea to the final product.
• Project Planning Pro: Work with creative teams to plan and schedule production tasks, making sure everyone has what they need.
• Quality Check Champion: Ensure all ads meet the client’s expectations and brand guidelines by checking them throughout the process.
• Creative Collaborator: Team up with designers and directors to bring their ideas to life, keeping the client’s goals and message at the forefront.
• Team Leader Extraordinaire: Supervise your production crew, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help them shine.

What They Are Looking For: Qualifications

To rock this role, you’ll ideally have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or something similar (a plus, but relevant work experience can make up for it!).
• At least 2 years of experience supervising production in the advertising world, with a strong understanding of how things work.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Be familiar with project management tools and Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – a must! Bonus points for digital and traditional media knowledge.
• Leadership Qualities: You’ll be a natural leader with excellent organization and decision-making skills. Motivating your team and juggling multiple projects is key!
• Communication Champion: You should be a master communicator, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively with all kinds of teams and clients.
