What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Managing tenant relations: overseeing lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Maintaining the property: coordinating maintenance requests, repairs, and ensuring properties are in top condition.
• Overseeing the budget: managing financial records, keeping track of expenses, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Marketing vacant units: advertising properties, conducting showings, and screening potential tenants.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations: staying up-to-date on relevant laws and ensuring properties meet all safety and maintenance standards.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• Proven experience in property management (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Bahraini property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues
• Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting principles
