What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the captain of the ship when it comes to keeping our facilities in top shape. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and guide your maintenance team to ensure everything is functioning efficiently.
• Develop and put in place plans and procedures for regular maintenance.
• Inspect equipment and systems regularly to identify and fix any problems.
• Manage your maintenance budget wisely and keep costs under control.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment (you’ll be the go-to person for fixing things!).
• Strong leadership and team management skills (you’ll be guiding your team to success!).
• The ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple tasks at once (because things can get busy!).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail (no problem will go unnoticed!).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills (working with people is key!).
• Knowledge of Bahrain’s local regulations and safety standards (staying safe is important!).
• Bonus points if you have experience with VRV A/C systems, including installation and maintenance (but not required!).
