Key Responsibilities

  1. General Cleaning
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to maintain cleanliness.
  • Dust and sanitize surfaces, including tables, countertops, chairs, and fixtures.
  • Dispose of trash and replace garbage bags promptly to avoid unpleasant odors or overflow.
  1. Kitchen and Equipment Maintenance
  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure they are hygienic and ready for use.
  • Scrub and sanitize sinks, grills, and stovetops to prevent food contamination.
  • Maintain a safe and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and tools.
  1. Restroom Sanitation
  • Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors to meet hygiene standards.
  • Check restrooms frequently during service hours to ensure cleanliness.
