Safety Manager Required in Bahrain

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety protocols and programs within an organization to ensure the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors. This role involves identifying workplace hazards, creating safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations. The Safety Manager also promotes a culture of safety by conducting training, overseeing accident investigations, and driving continuous improvement in safety practices. This position requires a combination of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and Implementing Safety Policies:
   The Safety Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining safety policies and procedures that are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting regular reviews of workplace conditions and updating policies as necessary to address new risks or regulations. The Safety Manager works closely with management and employees to ensure that these policies are understood and followed, fostering a proactive approach to workplace safety.
2. Conducting Risk Assessments and Inspections:
   A key responsibility of the Safety Manager is to conduct regular risk assessments and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards.
