What You’ll Do:

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key role in helping people find their dream property in Bahrain, particularly in the Reef Island area. Here’s a breakdown of your responsibilities:

  • Property Matchmaker: Showcase the company’s property portfolio, understand client needs, and help them find the perfect property (from budget-friendly options to high-end choices).
  • Sales Superstar: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Real Estate Guru: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor information, and property details to ensure you’re providing expert advice.
  • Negotiation Ninja: Negotiate the best deals for your clients and ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Closing Master: Finalize sales agreements and ensure a smooth closing experience.

Sales Directors will have additional responsibilities like managing a team of Sales Executives and overseeing overall sales strategy.
