Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities and following up with leads.
- Research and understand customer needs to tailor product or service offerings and present compelling solutions.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and the ability to handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
3. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure continued business engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to meet their needs and expectations.
4. Sales Targets and Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales approaches.
- Provide insights to management on market demands, competitor pricing, and potential product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
