Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision and Leadership
- Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance and support.

System Maintenance and Repair

- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure installations meet design requirements.
