What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

The Big Picture:

• Help develop and implement strategic goals for the entire supply chain, from buying things (procurement) to getting them to customers (logistics).
• Work with the team to set short, medium, and long-term goals to keep things running smoothly, satisfy customers, and deliver high-quality service.
• Analyze market data and identify opportunities to improve how the company buys, stores, and delivers products (FMCG stands for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).

Procurement Pro:

• Find the best deals and reliable suppliers for the products the company sells.
• Set up systems and processes to manage inventory and procurement efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure they meet all the requirements.
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost savings and improve efficiency.

Logistics Guru:

• Oversee the entire logistics process, from getting products into warehouses to delivering them to customers.
• Make sure the company complies with all shipping and storage regulations.
• Find efficient and cost-effective ways to transport and store products.
