What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

• Be the Cost Control Champion: Review construction plans, figure out how much everything will cost, and make sure the project stays on budget.
• Eagle Eye for Deals: Look over maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to ensure the company gets the best possible price.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Work closely with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to keep everyone on the same page.
