Become a Guest Guru: Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Be the first friendly face guests see! Greet them warmly and answer any questions they may have.
• Become a walking hotel encyclopedia – share all your knowledge about the hotel’s features, amenities, and nearby attractions.
• Help guests make reservations for restaurants, shows, or even transportation – you’re their one-stop shop!
• Lend a hand with luggage and help get guests settled in their rooms smoothly.
• Keep the concierge desk and lobby area sparkling clean and organized – first impressions matter!
• Arrange special experiences for guests, like tours, tickets to events, or relaxing spa appointments.
• Work with other hotel departments to make sure guests have an amazing stay.
• If a guest has a concern, you’ll be their champion – handle complaints professionally and find solutions quickly.
• Keep track of guest requests, preferences, and feedback – every detail helps!
• Stay up-to-date on all the cool things happening in Dubai – recommend the best restaurants, events, and activities.

We Need a Guest Service Superstar: Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge Assistant or similar hospitality role is a plus, but we can train the right person!
• You know Dubai inside and out – attractions, restaurants, fun activities – you’re the local expert!
• Communication and people skills are key – you’ll be chatting with guests all day!
• You can work independently and be a team player – gotta juggle tasks and help colleagues.
• Tech-savvy? Great! You’ll be using concierge software and Microsoft Office.
• Speak English fluently, and other languages are a bonus – speak the world’s language!
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with hospitality training a big plus.
