What You’ll Do
As our Concierge, you’ll be the go-to person for all our guests’ needs, ensuring their stay in Dubai is exceptional. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home. First impressions matter, and you’ll greet arriving guests with a smile and assist them with their luggage.
- Become a helpful resource. Answer questions about hotel services and amenities, provide information about Burjuman and Dubai, and offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing.
- Be a master planner. Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and fulfill other guest requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Handle inquiries and requests professionally. Address any guest concerns or questions promptly and efficiently.
- Become a local expert. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and activities to help guests plan their itinerary.
- Coordinate with other departments. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service across all areas.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role (ideally in a luxury hotel setting) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You should have a strong understanding of Dubai, particularly the Burjuman area, and its attractions.
- A professional and friendly demeanor is key.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is a must.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a bonus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations are key.
