Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and coordinating with recruitment agencies.
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, and productivity.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Assist in resolving minor conflicts and escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary.

4. Training and Development

  • Coordinate training programs by liaising with trainers, scheduling sessions, and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain records of employee training and certifications to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Support the HR team in ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in drafting and communicating HR policies to employees.

6. General Administrative Support

  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as filing, preparing correspondence, and managing HR supplies.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements for the HR department.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
