Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
Engage with potential clients to understand their immigration goals, requirements, and eligibility. Provide detailed and accurate information on visa programs, requirements, and timelines.
2. Lead Generation and Sales
Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, such as referrals, online inquiries, and networking. Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into signed clients.
3. Documentation and Process Guidance
Assist clients in compiling, verifying, and submitting required documents for their visa applications. Ensure all submissions comply with immigration laws and guidelines to avoid delays or rejections.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client’s journey, addressing concerns and providing timely updates. Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
5. Market Knowledge and Compliance
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Coordination
Prepare and maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, immigration consultancy, or customer service is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse clients.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
