Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding
    The HR Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers and coordinating onboarding. This includes understanding job requirements, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Additionally, the HR Executive collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires, enabling them to integrate into the company effectively.
  2. Employee Relations and Communication
    A critical part of the HR Executive’s role involves fostering positive employee relations and maintaining clear communication channels. This includes addressing employee queries, providing guidance on policies, and assisting in resolving workplace conflicts in a professional manner. The HR Executive ensures that employees feel supported and helps to maintain an open, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  3. Performance Management and Development
    The HR Executive supports the performance management process, helping to facilitate regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. This role also involves identifying training needs and assisting with the development and coordination of training programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities. By working closely with management, the HR Executive promotes a culture of continuous development and improvement within the workforce.
  4. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance
    Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations is a significant responsibility for the HR Executive. This includes updating and implementing HR policies, conducting policy training sessions for employees, and ensuring that all HR activities align with legal standards. The HR Executive plays an instrumental role in maintaining a fair and lawful workplace.
  5. Payroll and Benefits Administration
    The HR Executive assists with payroll processing and administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other perks. This includes ensuring accuracy in payroll data, coordinating with finance and payroll teams, and addressing any payroll-related questions from employees. The HR Executive ensures employees are well-informed about their benefits, promoting satisfaction and retention.
  6. HR Administrative Support
    In addition to the above responsibilities, the HR Executive provides administrative support for various HR activities, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with HR-related projects. This may also involve organizing employee engagement activities and contributing to the overall employee experience within the organization.
