The ideal candidate will provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to a busy manager. In this role, you will be crucial in optimizing the manager’s workflow, managing communication, and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
Communication Hub:
Serve as the primary point of contact, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the manager. Manage the manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Administrative Expertise:
Efficiently handle requests and queries from clients and colleagues.
Take dictation and transcribe meeting minutes accurately.
Create reports, presentations, and professional documents.
Devise and maintain a well-organized filing system.
Order and manage office supplies.
Technical Skills & Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various office technologies and applications.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
High School diploma; a PA diploma or certification is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
