Responsibilities:

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Set up pool furniture, keep the area clean, and offer guests towels, shade, and refreshments.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce pool rules, monitor guest activities, and assist swimmers as needed.
• Maintain the Pool Area: Conduct daily inspections, oversee the cleaning schedule, and report any damages or incidents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of hospitality experience (pool experience is a plus)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit with good swimming abilities
• Capability to lift and move furniture and equipment
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with pool equipment and safety procedures
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
