- Project Planning and Coordination:
The Project Manager is responsible for creating detailed project plans, defining the scope of work, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently. This includes managing timelines, materials, and human resources to ensure smooth project execution. - Budget Management:
The Project Manager must prepare, monitor, and control the project budget, ensuring that all expenditures are accounted for and that the project stays within the financial parameters set by the client or organization. They are responsible for negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, managing contracts, and ensuring that cost-effective solutions are applied without compromising the quality of the work. - Team Leadership and Supervision:

- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
