Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients to finalize project specifications and requirements.
    • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the approved financial plan.
    • Monitor costs and adjust project plans as necessary to prevent budget overruns.
    • Approve and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to the project.
  3. Team Coordination:
    • Lead and supervise a team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers involved in kitchen installations.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that all team members adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates.
  4. Client Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Ensure that client expectations are met by delivering high-quality work that aligns with the project scope.
    • Manage client change requests and ensure that any adjustments are reflected in the project plan and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in kitchen construction, renovation, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
