Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resources
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Technical Design Oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and technical experts
- Ensure adherence to technical design standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Review and approve technical design documents and specifications
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor technical design team members
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders
Budgeting and Resource Allocation
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project needs
- Monitor and control expenses
Quality Assurance
- Ensure quality standards are met through design reviews and testing
- Identify and address design flaws or deficiencies
- Implement quality improvement initiatives
Project Monitoring and Control
- Track project progress, identify delays, and take corrective action

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Technical design expertise (e.g., software, hardware, engineering)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
