What You’ll Do

As the friendly face of our company, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally. Make everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
• Check guests in efficiently. Get them settled in quickly and answer any questions they might have.
• Respond to guest requests with a smile. Be helpful and ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
• Go the extra mile for a personalized touch. Remember guest preferences and offer suggestions to enhance their stay.
• Promote our hotel facilities with enthusiasm. Highlight our amenities and services, and look for opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services that can improve their stay.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and friendly attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
