What You’ll Do
As the face of our hotel, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently. Make a great first impression by greeting guests with a smile and assisting them with their luggage.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly. This includes registering guests, verifying information, processing payments, and assigning rooms.
- Manage reservations with ease. Take care of online and phone reservations, ensuring accurate booking details.
- Be a source of information. Answer guest questions about the hotel, amenities, and Dubai itself.
- Provide excellent customer service. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records. Keep track of bookings, payments, and room availability.
- Upsell additional services (optional). When appropriate, recommend services like spa treatments or restaurant reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff. Ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
- Offer personalized service to VIPs and groups. Cater to the special needs of VIP guests and event attendees.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
