Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new leads, build strong relationships with clients, and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new customer segments, and competitor activities.
2. Marketing Campaign Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote the company’s products or services.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Create marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements, to increase brand awareness.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to represent the company and build a positive brand image.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that all client requirements are understood and met.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and marketing performance to generate reports, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
- Present sales and marketing performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy alignment across all touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
