Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

The Team Leader will implement and manage sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives and targets. By understanding the market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs, the leader will drive initiatives that enhance sales performance. The role involves setting sales targets, preparing periodic sales forecasts, and overseeing the daily activities of the sales team to ensure all efforts align with strategic goals.

Team Leadership & Development

The Team Leader will conduct regular coaching sessions, provide constructive feedback, and create opportunities for skill enhancement. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for tracking team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
