- Conduct recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and assess candidates effectively.
- Employee Relations and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking employees to address concerns, provide support, and foster open communication.
- Translate HR policies and communication materials into Mandarin to enhance understanding and compliance.
- Mediate workplace conflicts, ensuring fair resolutions and maintaining harmonious relationships.
- Performance Management and Training
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching in both English and Mandarin.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to enhance employee skills, especially for Mandarin-speaking employees or teams.
- Develop career development plans to support employee growth and retention.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, especially in Mandarin-speaking jurisdictions.
