Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision and Coordination

The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring that they carry out their duties efficiently. The supervisor also provides guidance, training, and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a positive working environment.

2. System Maintenance and Repair

The supervisor ensures that all HVAC systems under their supervision are well-maintained and functioning optimally. This includes performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and overseeing the repair or replacement of defective components. The HVAC Supervisor ensures that all maintenance work is carried out according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

3. Project Management

The HVAC Supervisor plays a key role in planning and executing HVAC projects, including installations, upgrades, and renovations. They coordinate with other departments, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The supervisor also monitors the progress of the project, ensuring that it meets quality standards and safety regulations.

4. Compliance and Safety
