What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
As a Check-In Agent, you will:
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Verify passenger identification and travel documents.
- Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
- Weigh and tag checked luggage, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
- Handle special requests, including assistance for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and special needs.
- Provide information about flight status, gate changes, and boarding procedures.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that passengers may have with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure timely and accurate check-in services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Check-in Supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
