Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation

• Drive a motorcycle and car to transport goods, packages, or passengers safely to designated locations.
• Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers (if applicable) during transportation.

Delivery and Logistics

• Pick up and deliver packages or goods accurately and on time, following the assigned routes.
• Verify delivery items against documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain communication with the logistics or dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status or unforeseen delays.

Vehicle Maintenance and Care

• Perform regular checks and maintenance on the bike and car, including fuel levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly and arrange for necessary repairs.
• Ensure both vehicles are always in good working condition and comply with roadworthiness standards.

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep accurate records of trips, deliveries, and mileage as required by the company.
• Manage delivery receipts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.

Customer Interaction

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries or passenger transport by being polite, professional, and punctual.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns courteously and escalate issues if needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling goods with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid motorcycle and car driving licenses (as per local regulations).
• Proven experience as a bike and car driver with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools (e.g., GPS).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle goods carefully and responsibly.
