Responsibilities

Transportation Services

• Drive family members, guests, or staff to designated locations, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to optimize travel time.
• Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, or other items as required.

Vehicle Maintenance and Care

• Perform routine checks on the vehicle, including fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, to ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle, both inside and outside, at all times.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as vehicle insurance and registration, is up to date.
• Be vigilant and proactive in identifying potential safety hazards or issues during travel.

Confidentiality and Professionalism

• Handle household and family matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Exhibit a courteous and respectful demeanor toward family members, guests, and staff.

Administrative Support
