1. Customer Service

2. Food Preparation and Cooking
Team Members are responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to Elevation Burger’s menu standards. This includes grilling burgers, assembling sandwiches, preparing fries, and preparing salads, shakes, and other menu items. They must ensure food quality, portion control, and adhere to health and safety regulations when handling and preparing food.
3. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization
Team Members must maintain a clean and organized work environment. This includes regularly cleaning workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas, following hygiene and sanitation protocols. They are also responsible for keeping the restaurant floor tidy, ensuring the restrooms are stocked and clean, and following company cleanliness standards at all times.
4. Cash Handling and Register Operation
As part of their duties, Team Members are responsible for operating the cash register, accurately processing transactions, and handling payments from customers. This includes making change, processing credit card payments, and issuing receipts. Team Members must also keep the register area clean and organized and follow cash-handling procedures as outlined by company policies.
5. Food Safety and Compliance
Elevation Burger Team Members are expected to follow food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers. This includes maintaining proper food storage temperatures, adhering to safety guidelines when using kitchen equipment, and ensuring that all food items are prepared and served according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
6. Supporting Teamwork
Team Members work closely with other staff, including cooks, supervisors, and managers, to ensure smooth restaurant operations. 8. Attending to Customer Needs
Team Members need to be attentive to customer needs during their visit. This includes refilling drinks, checking on customer satisfaction, and responding to requests quickly. They must ensure that every customer is fully satisfied before leaving, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
