Key Responsibilities

Handle any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience and brand loyalty.
Food Preparation and Cooking
Prepare food items according to Elevation Burger’s recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly to guarantee a safe and clean environment. This includes handling ingredients properly, cooking food to the correct temperatures, and assembling orders accurately to meet customer preferences.
Order Processing and Cash Handling
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure correct billing and offer assistance with any questions regarding pricing, payment methods, or promotions. Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and responsibly, following store protocols for accountability and customer privacy.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms. Participate in daily and weekly cleaning routines to uphold sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications and Skills
