Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care and Assessment

4. Record-Keeping and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Document procedures, medication administration, and any changes in patient conditions.
• Prepare reports for doctors and participate in care team discussions.

5. Collaboration with Healthcare Teams

• Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.

6. Health and Safety Compliance

• Follow hygiene and infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.

Qualifications and Skills
