Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Execution

Team Leadership and Development

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and encourage professional growth. Evaluate team performance through feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions, implementing developmental plans as needed to enhance skills and drive results.

Budgeting and Financial Management
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for operational departments, analyzing spending and cost-control measures to maintain budget adherence. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, ensuring that resources are used effectively. Generate regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting areas of progress, challenges, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.

Process Optimization and Quality Assurance

Qualifications and Skills
