Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Staff Management

Marketing and Promotions

Event Coordination
- Plan and oversee special events, private dining experiences, or seasonal promotions to drive business.
- Coordinate with chefs, suppliers, and event staff to ensure successful execution.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all legal regulations, including licensing, labor laws, and tax requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff payroll for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
