Key Responsibilities

Problem Resolution

Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination of services. Communicate booking trends, customer feedback, and challenges to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of reservations, sales, and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer preferences, and booking trends to inform strategic decisions.
Market Research
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to management for adapting offerings and enhancing competitiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
