Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. 
  •  Analyze market trends and forecasts to anticipate changes in supply and demand, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, reducing costs and enhancing service levels.

2.Team Leadership and Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, identifying opportunities for professional growth and development.
  •  Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge in supply chain management.

3.Operational Management

  •  Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to optimize the supply chain network.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities.

4.Risk Management and Compliance

  •  Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
