Responsibilities

Staff Supervision and Coordination

  • Lead and supervise the restaurant team to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in training new employees and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company policies, service standards, and hygiene regulations.

Guest Experience Management

  • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Implement service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in guest interactions.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Financial and Reporting Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.

Qualifications
