Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the menu items.
- Address guest concerns or special requests with attentiveness and professionalism.
Order Taking and Serving
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to standards.
- Check with customers periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
Table Management
- Set up tables before guests arrive, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
- Clear dishes, glasses, and utensils after each course and reset tables for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and other surfaces.
Payment Handling
- Provide accurate bills to guests and handle payments efficiently.
- Process cash, credit card, or digital transactions while ensuring accuracy.
- Return change or receipts promptly and courteously.
Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to manage guest requests and dining room operations smoothly.
- Assist team members during busy periods or when additional help is required.
Compliance with Standards
- Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
