QC Engineer Mechanical Required in Kuwait

The QC (Quality Control) Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for ensuring that mechanical components, systems, and processes meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting and testing mechanical products, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing quality control processes to ensure that all products are reliable and meet customer expectations. The QC Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and continuous improvement in mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures: The QC Engineer will develop and implement quality control procedures for mechanical components and systems. This includes creating detailed inspection plans, establishing testing protocols, and defining quality criteria to ensure that all products meet the required standards. The engineer will also review and update these procedures as needed to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct Inspections and Testing: A major responsibility of the QC Engineer is to perform inspections and testing of mechanical components and systems. This involves using various measurement tools and testing equipment to evaluate product quality, functionality, and performance. The engineer will assess compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations, and document the results of these inspections and tests.
3. Identify and Resolve Quality Issues: The QC Engineer will identify any quality issues or defects in mechanical products and work to resolve them. This includes analyzing root causes of problems, coordinating with production teams to implement corrective actions, and ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner. The engineer will also monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Review and Analyze Quality Data: The engineer will review and analyze quality data, including inspection reports, test results, and defect trends. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in a mechanical engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools, testing equipment, and quality management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
