We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Electrical Engineer to join our team. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components used in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors. Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure electrical systems integrate seamlessly with other mechanical, structural, or civil components.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical systems and equipment.

Testing and Troubleshooting

• Conduct tests and simulations to verify the performance and safety of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical equipment, systems, and components, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure systems are tested in compliance with national and international safety standards and codes.

Project Management and Coordination

• Oversee the installation and implementation of electrical systems for various projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems during and after installation, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and maintenance schedules.

Compliance and Standards Adherence

• Ensure that all electrical work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical engineering technology, codes, and regulations, ensuring that designs meet the latest standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

Collaboration and Technical Support

• Work closely with other engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate electrical aspects of larger projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, junior engineers, or external contractors on electrical issues.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects, offering technical insight and cost estimates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment

The Electrical Engineer will work in various settings, including offices, laboratories, and on-site locations, depending on the nature of the project. The role may require long hours and occasional travel to project sites. Physical demands can include standing for extended periods, working in confined spaces, or overseeing the installation and testing of equipment.
